Explore autumn in watercolor through leaves, berries, mushrooms, and botanicals. Learn essential techniques step by step.
Capture the colors and atmosphere of autumn in watercolor.
Over five weeks, we’ll paint beautiful seasonal subjects inspired by nature: colorful autumn leaves, berries, mushrooms, and botanical elements. Each week brings a new subject and a new set of watercolor skills, so you’ll learn step by step while creating your own collection of autumn paintings.
We’ll explore the rich and warm colors of the season, learn how to simplify natural shapes, create beautiful color transitions, work with light and shadow, and add expressive details and textures. You’ll also discover how to combine individual elements into balanced compositions and develop a painting from a simple sketch to a finished artwork.
The course is designed to make watercolor approachable and enjoyable, while giving you practical skills that you can continue using in your own paintings.
